The story
Purna's Kitchen is a cooking and baking studio in Nadiad, Gujarat. Chef Purna Shah teaches hands-on classes in Gujarati, Punjabi, South Indian, Chinese, Italian and Mexican cooking, along with ice cream, cupcakes and an eggless cake baking master course.
Her philosophy is simple: explain the reason behind every step. When you know why the kadhi must be stirred until the first boil, or why khaman batter shouldn't wait after the Eno goes in, recipes stop failing.
Beyond the classroom, Purna shares quick, healthy recipes on YouTube and Instagram.
