Classes are held at Purna's Kitchen, Harivilla, opposite Gandhi Park, College Road, Vaniya Vad, Nadiad, Gujarat 387003.
Do I need any cooking experience?
No. Classes start from the basics and are suitable for beginners as well as experienced home cooks who want to refine their technique.
Are the classes vegetarian?
Yes. All recipes are vegetarian, and baking classes are eggless.
How do I book a seat and what are the fees?
Call or WhatsApp +91 90339 11817. Batch dates, fees and seat availability change by class, so we confirm them directly.
Will I get the recipes?
Yes. You cook each dish yourself during the class and take home the recipes.
Can I learn eggless baking?
Yes. The Eggless Cake Baking Master Course and the Cupcake, Muffin & Brownie class are fully eggless.
Do you teach in Gujarati, Hindi or English?
Please call to confirm the language for your batch. Classes are taught in a way home cooks can follow easily.
Can I start a home food business after the class?
Many students do. Classes cover technique, consistency and ideas you can adapt for selling, such as ice cream flavours, cupcakes and farsan. Ask us about costing guidance.
Are the dishes made in class taken home?
Yes. You cook the dishes yourself and take home what you make, along with the recipes.
Can I take a single cuisine or do I need to join everything?
Every class stands alone. Pick one cuisine or build a full repertoire over time.
